🥗 Shopska salad (4 servings)

Ingredients:
  • 4 tomatoes (diced)
  • 2 cucumbers (sliced)
  • 2 roasted red peppers
  • 1 onion (sliced into rings)
  • 200 g white sheep cheese from Petrov Farm (grated)
  • Olive oil, salt, parsley
Method:
  1. Chop the vegetables and mix them in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle generously with olive oil and add a pinch of salt.
  3. Grate the white cheese on top.
